How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookies Easy Recipe for Toaster Oven

You will surely love these very tasty chocolate chip cookies that are baked using this simple toaster oven.  My 5-year old daughter loved these gooey and delightful chocolate cookies so much that it was all gone at the end of the day.  I was suppose to reserve two pieces of these delicious chocolate chip cookies for her snack or baon at school but she ended up eating the last batch of cookies for a snack after dinner time was over.

Here are the very simple ingredients that you will need to make these very wonderful chocolate chip cookies for snack or treat:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Hershey's Chipits semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup granulated white sugar
  • ½ cup or 1 stick butter, softened or melted
  • 1 piece large whole egg
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Other Things That You Will Need

You will also need the following kitchen tools and utensils:
  1. Toaster Oven
  2. Cookie Sheet
  3. Parchment Paper
  4. Spatula
  5. Wooden Spoon
  6. Two (2) Large Bowls

How To Make Easy Recipe for Toaster Oven Chocolate Chip Cookies

Here are the step by step procedures on how to make these delightful chocolate chip cookies - a very easy recipe for toaster oven baking:

1.  In a large bowl, add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

I use this Robin Hood All-Purpose flour for all of my baking needs - making breads, cupcakes, cakes, pizza dough, and other steamed desserts.

Then add the baking soda and sea salt.  You can use any kind of salt that you may have - iodized salt, table salt, etc.  Mix well using a spatula.

2.  In another bowl, add the white and brown sugar.

3.  Add the vanilla extract.

4.  Add the softened or melted butter and the egg.

I used a stick of salted butter then you could ether left it on the kitchen counter until it is softened at room temperature or you could use the microwave oven to defrost it for at least 20 seconds to melt it.

5.  Mix the wet and dry ingredients together in a bowl until well-combined and blended.

Make sure to use a wooden spoon in combining all your ingredients.  I just keep on folding the ingredients until the wet and dry ingredients are well-combined and blended properly.

6.  Add the chocolate chips into the mixture.

7.  Fold in the chocolate chips in to the cookie dough mixture.

8.  Drop a tablespoon of the chocolate cookie dough on the cookie sheet.

I used a mini cupcake scoop to measure portions for the chocolate cookie dough.

9.  Place six (6) pieces of chocolate cookie dough on the cookie sheet.

10.  Place the cookie sheet inside the toaster oven then bake at 375°F.

11.  Bake each batch of chocolate chip cookies for 10 minutes.

Set the baking time for chocolate chip cookies to ten (10) minutes.

12.  Remove baked chocolate chip cookies from cookie sheet.

After ten (10) minutes, remove cookie sheet from the toaster oven then allow to cool off for another ten (10) minutes before using a non-stick spatula to remove each chocolate chip cookie.

13. Transfer chocolate chip cookies to set and cool off on a parchment paper.

14.  Chocolate chip cookies baked fresh from the toaster oven and ready to be served for snack.

Serve these delicious chocolate chip cookies as a delightful snack, a wonderful treat, or as a simple baon or meryenda for your little ones.

This is best served with warm or cold fresh milk on the side.
